• All our items are designed for smaller Asian body and thus they will run smaller than normal US/EU Sizing.
• Also, most of our clothes are designed in slim fitting even for Asians.
• We highly recommend our customers to carefully check the size table and compare it with your own clothes for accurate sizing guide.
• - Our Medium size is similar to US XS - S
• - Our Large size is similar to US S - M
• - Our X-Large size is similar to US M-L

Shipping Policies

• We ship from S.Korea so please be considerate of the longer duration of International shipping.
• We offer two shipping options:
• 1. Standard Economy Small Packet Air Mail: Low cost standard shipping service.
• Shipping duration: 8-20 Days (approx) to North America and most parts of Europe
• It can take longer than 20 business days in some parts of Europe, South America and parts in Africa.
• Tracking number will be provided within 48 hours upon shipment, but full tracking may not be available in certain countries.
• For example, Standard Small Packet Air Mail is trackable in Canada and US,
  but USPS will say that the information is not available until final delivery, or upon failure to delivery.
• 2. Fedex (Recommended): Safe & Secure, Fully tracked.
• Shipping Duration: 2-6 Days or more to arrive.

Return Policy

• Buy with Confidence!
• Virgin Blak will accept returns anytime within 30 days period.
• If it was our fault, we will pay for return shipping cost and issue a full refund.
• If the buyer changes the mind, then the buyer pays for the shipping.
• Returning item must be in the original brand new condition.

• As our clothes are distributed through various channels, it is very difficult for us to keep our stocks on eBay up-to-date.
• Therefore, it is possible that the item you have purchased may turn out to be sold out.
• We will do our best to prvent this from happening, but it can happen and when it does, we will notify, and refund your purchase as soon as we can.
• The appearing color of the cloth on your monitor may be different from the actual color.

• 99.99% of the time your package will not be charged for customs border taxes (we only had 2-3 times when a customer reported a problem with customs taxes in 5 years of online business).
• However, we must state that Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and these charges are the buyer's responsibility.
