gorgeous thick premium italian leather clutch by gucci with oversized GG cutout hardware.  the bag dates back to the early 70's.  the cutout hardware is attached with four flathead screws.

 

the interior is lined with lightweight fine grain leather.  there is one small slip pocket on the back wall.  the gucci logo and "made in italy" are printed in gold metallic ink above the pocket.

 

 

~Condition~

 

the hardware shows some obvious surface scratching, but perhaps this can be buffed by a trained professional (?)  the leather is in very good condition, particularly considering it's age.  there is light scuffing and marking, but no heavy rubbing wear or damage.  even the leather lining shows only light surface scratching, but none of the peeling and flaking that many vintage gucci bags exhibit.
