I believe it to be 100% Wool Skirt & Cotton Vest with lining.

There is a size 32 on the Vest, Please be carefully about the size before bidding.

The Vest has Gold/Brass Color buttons on both sides of the front (see photos) Has 2 pockets.

 

The Zip-up Skirts length is about 28" from the top to the bottom & Waist is about 26" with room to let out a few inches.
