iShoe Ltd., trading locally as 'BOSS-shoes' and founded in 1987, are an experienced retailer of footwear.

We operate out of two shops in Coventry in the West Midlands and trade online with two websites, three eBay stores and can also be found on Amazon and Google Shopping.

In our Coventry shops we sell a range of new and used shoes, boots and sandals from a number of top brands, as well as simple and affordable footwear for the whole family.

For the ladies we stock a selection of bags and jewellery and we also regularly host discount clothes sales.

Gift vouchers are available upon request at either shop.

Preferred payment is PayPal using the eBay Checkout. If you are having difficulty paying by PayPal, you can use the 'Send Money' page on PayPal's website to send the funds to geryhall@aol.com and complete the order manually. Alternately, if you do not wish to use PayPal, the following methods are acceptable:

• Credit/Debit Card - Please have your item number to hand and call our office on (024) 7669 4141 where one of our friendly staff will be able to take your details. For security, no card details are stored after payment has been taken;
• Postal Order - Please make the postal order payable to 'G. Hall' and send to us at: iShoe Ltd., 2 Binns Close, Tile Hill, Coventry CV4 9TB, along with a note of your item number and username;
• Bank Transfer - Please e-mail us at for our bank details. Please include your item number as the transfer reference and be aware that a surcharge may be applied to the transaction — if this occurs you will need to add the value of this charge onto your final bill, so that we receive the full amount owed.

BY PLACING AN ORDER/BID, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY OUR TERMS OF SALE, AS STATED BELOW:

• We accept unworn returns for any reason — if we are at fault, we can offer a full refund or exchange. However, if the item has been worn or is not in the same condition as when it was received, we unfortunately are not able to accept a return;
• If you have a problem with your order, please double-check the full details of the listing and then contact us before leaving negative feedback, as most issues can be resolved swiftly;
• Please contact us within 14 days via e-mail;
• A flyer will accompany all orders that gives instructions on how to send an item back to us;
• All returned items must be sent by the cheapest available recorded delivery service, so that you are insured against loss in transit;
• The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any item to us — where an item is faulty or not as-described, we can refund postage costs upon request up to and including the cost of First Class post;
• Exchanges are only available for items where surplus stock is available — unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee the availability of goods, and may not be able to accommodate requests for an exchange, in which case we will offer a refund;
• Returns will be processed as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours), but please note that we reserve the full statutory 30 day processing period;
• If we have made a mistake or the item is faulty, we will accept responsibility for our mistake and make every effort to put things right;
• We kindly ask that customers reuse the mailing bag that their item was sent in to return goods to us (if you no longer possess the mailing bag, please cover the item in some other way before sending it back to us) — please do not tape up the shoe box, as we may not be able to give a full refund if the outer packaging is damaged.

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes

We aim to dispatch all items within one working day of receiving cleared payment (usually the following morning). Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until Monday. However, please be aware that this is a guideline only and that, on occasion, it may take us slightly longer to dispatch your item. If there are any significant delays, we will always be in contact to advise.

Unfortunately at the current time we are unable to combine shipping costs. All of our items are sent by courier so they are trackable and insured whilst in transit.

Most items can be collected from us. Please be aware that there is a small £2.00 collection fee per item to cover administration costs.

To check if this item is available for collection, please look under the 'Postage and Payments' tab to see if Collection in Person is available as a shipping method. If it is, you can select it during checkout and make payment by PayPal. Once your item has been prepared for collection we will send an e-mail to let you know.

Payment can also be made in-store by cash or credit/debit card. If you would like to do this, please contact us via eBay or request a new invoice and we can update the total for you and will e-mail with details on when you can collect and what information you need to bring with you.

We are open for collections Monday - Saturday, 9:00 - 17:30, although please be aware that our eBay office is closed over weekends, so orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be dealt with until the following Monday (or Tuesday if there is a bank holiday).

The following is a standard size chart which most footwear will conform to. We strongly recommend using the sizes provided in the 'Size' section above to choose your size, but if you are in doubt as to which size to select we hope that the following will be useful:

Is this item genuine?
Yes, all of our items are 100% genuine. We are approved stockists of many top brands and are even listed on Rocket Dog's and Birkenstock's websites.

Do you combine shipping?
Unfortunately at the current time we are unable to combine shipping costs. We send all of our items by courier with tracking and insurance against loss in transit.

Will my item come with a box?
To keep things green, we recycle many of the shoe boxes that we receive, but some items do still come in their box. To check if this particular item comes with a box, please see the information above.
