Payment via PayPal: PayPal is our preferred
payment method for buyers outside of Europe. PayPal lets you do online
payments in a quick and secure manner by using your credit card or your
bank account.
Buyers from Europe can
also wire money to our EU bank account at Deutsche Bank in Germany. We
will provide IBAN and BIC only on request.
Your payment must be
received within 7 business days, or your item may be re-listed
Shipping Costs:
There is a $7 shipping
charge for each package no matter what your purchase and no matter how
many items are in one package. This only applies to items that are
purchased at the same time. Multiple items will be shipped together.
Shipping: We only ship to a
buyer’s confirmed PayPal address. An address is confirmed if the buyer’s
credit card billing address matches his or her shipping address. In some
instances, PayPal can also confirm an address by examining the buyer’s
PayPal account history.
The item will be shipped
within 1-2 business days after the payment is received and confirmed.
The item will be shipped
by registered Air Mail directly from our warehouse in Bangkok, Thailand.
The United States Postal Service handles Registered Air Mail as
"Certified Mail with Delivery Confirmation". Packages will require a
signature.
The estimated shipping
time will be approximately 10 - 12 business days. It may take longer on
or around public holidays, or in peak post-season times (i.e.
X-MAS).
For urgent delivery, we
also offer DHL express delivery. Shipping time is 2-3 business days.

Return policy:
If you are unhappy or
unsatisfied with the item(s) you receive, you can return your purchase
to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received
the item. The seals and shrink-wrap must be intact and clothing must
have labels attached. We will issue a full refund for the price you
paid for the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Duties, taxes & charges:
Import duties, taxes and
charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These
charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your
country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will
be prior to bidding / buying.
