• All items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving cleared payment. Domestic shipping normally takes 2-6 full business days for delivery. Delivery confirmation and/or a tracking number will be sent to you automatically via e-mail when your package is shipped.
• Domestic orders will be shipped via UPS Ground as a standard shipping method.
  (We ship to PO Boxes, APOs/FPOs, HI, AK, and PR via USPS Priority Mail. Once we receive your orders, the total invoice will be sent for your payment.
• Combined shipping is only valid with other purchases within 7 days of the first item purchased by using a single checkout/payment.
  (We normally ship items within 1 business day, so please inform us in advance if you have a shopping plan for a week)

  We ship Monday ~ Friday in business hours, excluding Holidays.

International Shipping

• We ship international orders via USPS Priority International Mail that come with the tracking ability. Shipments take an average of 6-14 business days for delivery and all packages are subject to delay of delivery time, due to US & international customs.

Please note: The buyers are fully responsible for any International Taxes and Duty fees, which may be charged upon delivery. Please contact your local post office to determine your estimated taxes and duty fees.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from United Face. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item(s) in original condition, unworn/unused within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling. All final sale items are not refundable.

• Please contact us first for a Return Authorization (RA) number & return procedures.
• All returns must be shipped (postmarked) within 14 days from the date merchandise is received.
  (This period is determined based on the delivery date recorded by USPS)
• The item(s) must be returned in original condition, unworn/unused, in original boxes (whenever possible), and tags must be attached to ensure a full credit. (Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee of 20-30% of original purchased price)
• Buyer is responsible for any shipping costs related to return & exchange. Return shipping charges & an international duty fees must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
• You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your return package.
