1. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

2. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

3. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

We want our customers to feel safe knowing they can return their items, no questions asked! If you are not happy with your items for any reason, simply follow these 3 easy steps!

1. Email us to get the return mailing address

2. Write down 'RETURN' clearly on the envelop and return to the address provided.

3. Buyers will be contacted to arrange refund of merchant value once the returned item is received. Please note that postage is NOT refundable.


Returns Restrictions:

1) All returns must be postmarked within 3 days of receipt of your package.

2) If items are damaged, we must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt. We will not accept any items with odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)

3) All original tags must be attached, with no signs of wear.

1) WE SHIP WORLDWIDE (EXCEPT ASIA). All orders will be shipped from Hong Kong by REGISTERED INTERNATIONAL AIR MAIL.

2) We ship in 2 business days upon receiving your payment and it normally takes 7-14 BUSINESS days to arrive.

3) PLEASE NOTE: You may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees which may be imposed by your local government when you receive your package. You are responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. Please contact your local post office or customs office to inquire about these charges.

2) After you won/purchased an item from us, you will have 7 days to combine all of the other auctions/items. When you are ready to checkout, please pay all your items in one combined payment and please DO NOT pay your items into separate payments. If you make two or more separate payments it will go out as two separate orders and you will not get the combined shipping & handling discount or any other promotional offers.
