Combined Shipping: $3 off each additional item.
Domestic Shipping: All our parcels are sent to you by Australia Post. Usually using Auspost regular parcels which usually takes around 1 - 6 business days. (can take up to 10 days on some occasions) Express post also offered at an additional cost and usually takes 1-3 days business days depending on your location. All items shipped within 24 hours after payment (excluding weekends)
Local Pickup: We do offer local pick ups, but an additional cost for handling and storage will apply for each item ($4.50 for heels, and $3 for flats) .
International shipping: All our parcels are sent to you by Australia Post. Delivery times and costs vary, international postage is very pricey in Australia. Please contact us for further info.
REFUND POLICY
We will gladly refund unworn items within 18 days
from the original shipped date. All returned products must be, Unworn,
Unused and in original condition with all manufacturers’ packaging.
Customer will be responsible for the return shipping and
handling charges. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are
adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return
transit.
