My Custom Hero only carries the following sizes
**Please note: Size measurements are accurate for most shirts, however on some sizes, the measurements may be off by 1/2" or so. This is due to different vendors or brand. This will not affect most customers, but if you need an exact measurement, please message me with size so I can check which brand is in stock. We only use Hanes or Gildan which are excellent quality, we refuse to buy cheap thin shirts. However, to keep our prices low and competitive, sometimes we have Hanes in stock, other times we have Gildan. This only applies to Youth and Adult sizes, Toddler shirts are always the same, Gildan Ultra Cotton.

Please be sure to choose the correct size we will not replace shirts if you choose the wrong size. Shirts are unisex (no specific boy or girl size)
We also carry adult sizes S-XXL for an additional charge, please message me for prices.
*ALL SHIRTS ARE WHITE AND SHORT SLEEVE.
*WE DO NOT CARRY COLORED SHIRTS AT THIS TIME, HOWEVER MOST FONT COLORS MAY BE CHANGED IF DESIRED!
*DESIGNS ARE PUT ON SHIRT WITH A COMMERCIAL GRADE HEAT PRESS USING A PROFESSIONAL HEAT TRANSFER.
*WE USE WATERPROOF/WASHABLE PIGMENT INKS, NOT SOLVENT OR INK JET INKS WHICH TEND TO BLEED.
*THESE ARE NOT IRON ONS OR FADING DTG METHODS!

What's on the shirt?
*The shirt will be personalized with any name
*When ordering, a pop up will NOT prompt you for your information! You must either put the information in the paypal 'notes' section OR send me a message by clicking "contact seller"!
*I always confirm the orders, so please check your messages in case I have a question for you. If I am stuck without information, processing will obviously be delayed.
What you need to let us know:
*Shirt size (please choose from the size chart above, those are the only sizes we carry, please do not request sizes that are not listed)
*Name
*If you need several shirts for party loots/favors, please message me.
**Since all shirts are custom made, we do NOT accept returns. However, if there is an error on our part or a defect in shirt, please contact us as we do guarantee our work. We also do not accept returns if you order the wrong size.
*If you have any questions, message me and I will respond in a timely manner. I have many other designs listed in my store, or contact me if you are looking for something in particular.
The shirts are generally made and sent out within 2 business days, as long as payment has been made, and all information has been received. If you need your shirt in a rush, consider choosing priority mail and also message me with date needed BEFORE ordering please. I can also offer overnight express mail if desired.
