Return
policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly take the item back within
10 days of the delivery date and provide you with a refund (or an exchange, if you
prefer)
- No goods will be accepted without the prior
contacting with us, please email us first, before you send the
dress back to us.
- Dresses must be returned in perfect condition,
with no dirt, no makeup stains, no marks, no smoke scents and
not altered. All our dress would be checked before postage, no
exchange/ refund for dress with dirt or any other kinds of marks
that is caused after postage.
- Merchandise must be returned in the
"Original Condition", with tags attached. We
will not accept returns for exchange if the item is returned to
us with odours, pet hair, deodorant stains or any other type of
damage.
- Dresses must be received by us within 10 days
of your receipt. Buyer are responsible for the return postage.
- Please return the exchange policy that is
included with your shipment and include your full name, address,
as well as the colour, size and style that you would like to
exchange it for.
- We do not refund or exchange made to order
dresses (specially made for customers) -that is dresses made to
fit customer's specific size, colour and design
Please note that we can't refund postage fee. For merchandise
with free shipping,
we will charge the posting fee, then 25% restocking fee.
If you have received a wrong or
damaged article from us, you can make a complaint. But please
contact us previously - quite often small problems or
misunderstandings can be solved in advance. Hence if the reason for
the return of article is our fault, all shipping costs are refunded as well.

was received. For customization we need 3 weeks cutting time. If you need the dress
urgently, please email us first.
