We only accept Paypal payments with a confirmed or verified address. Your item will be shipped to the address confirmed through Paypal.

All amounts are in US Dollars. Payment is due 7 days from the end of the auction.

If you are waiting on multiple auctions, please contact us so we can work out the payment time frame and send a combined invoice for shipping discounts.

If a payment is not received within 7 days from auction end, the item will be relisted or a second chance may be offered.

We strive on our shipping. Once your payment has cleared, we will pack your item and print a shipping label, through Paypal, so please make sure that this address is updated and correct.

All orders are shipped Monday - Friday. We will ship your order within one business day of receiving your paypment via Paypal. If a payment is received on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be shipped on Monday. You will receive an email from us with the USPS tracking number. Once this happens, remember your package is no longer in our hands and is in the hands of the USPS.

We ship to the US only via USPS First Class Mail for a flat fee, shipping discounts do apply. Optional for shipping is Priority Mail.

~ Refunds/Returns ~

If for any reason you are not satisfied, return the item within 7 days in the original packaging, in the same condition as shipped and unused, for a refund less shipping and handling costs and of course at your own return expense.

Remember, if a product was shipped without insurance and lost or damaged through the post office, we are not responsible.

All returns must be authorized and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Most of our products are handmade by my retired grandmother who just found this love to string beads. Each product varies in color, shape, texture and the type of bead used. Sometimes we may not know exactly the correct name for a bead, because if she sees it, she purchases it, and just uses it. She tries to make each one unique. We try to keep our costs as low as possible, but are also trying to cover the costs for listing each product.

As for the taking of pictures, (thank goodness for digital cameras), we do our best to show you the colors and details of each product.

Now grandma has been stringing for about 12 months, so be on the lookout for different items almost daily.

Sorry, one last thing, about that STAR.  Ebay prides itself on feedback, and we do too, so please, once you receive your product, if you could leave feedback we will gladly do the same. If for some reason you have a problem, please contact us first, so we can solve the problem eliminating the need to leaving negative feedback.
