WHERE TO APPLY:
For best results just apply to the Sole Arch and Sole Heel (see photo 3).
It's not necessary to apply the product to the Sole Footpad (the largest area of the shoe that connects with the ground)

HOW TO USE:
Wipe – clean the shoe sole throughly with soapy water and ensure that the shoe sole is 100% dry before applying
Stripe – place the red sticker on the sole arch.
Trim – use a sharp blade to trim off any excess sticker and use the excess for the heel area if desired.
