DESCRIPTION

This listing is for one U.S. Army ACU service tape with U.S. ARMY embroidered on it, one name tape with YOUR NAME embroidered on it and one rank patch with your rank INSIGNIA embroidered on it.

The name and service tapes are embroidered on U.S. Army spec 1” Universal Camouflage Pattern (ARPAT) tape with 3/4” block letters in Black. The finished length of the name and service tapes is 5”, if you require a different length, please include the measurement with your order. The rank patch is embroidered on a 2” square of U.S. Army spec ACU Universal Camouflage Pattern (ARPAT) fabric. Enlisted and Officer rank are embroidered in Black and Second Lieutenant and Major are embroidered in Bronze. Please see photo for examples of each.

The tapes and rank patch are backed with U.S. Army spec Foliage Green Velcro hook fastener material, which is sewn on (Velcro brand hook fastener material may be substituted with a generic U.S. Army spec Foliage Green hook fastener material at our discretion depending upon supply availability).

Turn around time is two business days and our economy shipping option is U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail for 2-9 day delivery. If you need 2-3 day delivery we offer USPS Priority Mail or for 1-2 day delivery, we offer USPS Express Mail service, both at an additional cost over normal First Class postage. ORDER REQUIREMENTS

Please leave a note in your PayPal payment or send an email with the spelling of the name to be used on the name tape and rank for the rank patch. If you need a length different than 5” for the name and service tapes, please include that measurement. Make sure to double check that the spelling, rank and measurement are correct. We are not responsible for any misspelling, incorrect rank or missing or incorrect measurement provided by the buyer.

Buyers located in Washington State must pay sales tax.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Please allow two business days to complete and ship your order. We only ship within the United States and to APO/FPO/DPO addresses – no exceptions. Economy shipping without a confirmation number via U.S. Postal Service First-Class Mail for 2-9 day delivery is 65¢ (+65¢ for each additional set). If you need it sooner, we also offer USPS Priority Mail with a confirmation number for 2-3 day delivery at $5.15 and USPS Express Mail with a confirmation number for 1-2 day delivery at $18.95. APO/FPO/DPO addresses will take more time. All USPS delivery times exclude Sundays.

Although we are not responsible for any misspelling, incorrect rank or missing or incorrect measurement you provide and do not accept returns as these are custom-made for each individual, we will correct any other issues as quickly as possible.

If you provide a misspelling of your name, we will be happy to send you another name tape only with the correct spelling at a reduced cost of $1.40 + shipping. If you provide us with an incorrect rank, we will send you another rank patch only with the correct rank at a reduced cost of $1.60 + shipping. If you don’t provide us with the correct length for the name and service tapes we will replace the name and service tapes only for a reduced cost of $2.80 + shipping.
