I KNOW VERY LITTLE ABOUT KILTS THIS APPEARS TO BE IN GREAT SHAPE NO REPAIRS OR DAMAGE , IT'S FROM AN OLD ESTATE  HEAVY WOOL WITH A CLOTH  LINER THE KILT MEASURES 17 ACROSS THE TOP WHEN CLOSED TO THE FIRST HOLE ON THE BUCKLES ROLLED OPEN IT'S ABOUT 50  INCHES LONG ACROSS THE TOP AND 72 ON THE BOTTOM  THE MEASUREMENT FROM TOP OF WAIST TO HEM IS ABOUT 22 INCHES
