Small old carved light cream mutton fat jade stylized dragon panel, measuring approximately 3.3 cm (1&5/16 inches) wide x 2.8 cm (1&1/16 inches) top to bottom.   Probably originally part of a garment, or belt, or bangle or some other clothing.  One end still has an orange colored faux ivory bead attached, and the other end has the holes for a similar attachment.  Vintage, old, used, and worn; old tiny chip to one corner and edge (see last two photos).
