Delivery / Payment
All items are despatched within 1-2 workings days from the payment date. All items are sent using Royal Mail Tracked. It ensures you know where your goods are, from despatch to their safe arrival into the hands of our customers, enabling us to manage our operations more efficiently and enjoy complete control, complete peace of mind and complete customer satisfaction. We only despatch items Mon-Fri 9am-4pm as all services can only be used between these days. However, if you love your purchase so much and can't wait to receive it then you can choose Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery. Your item will will be despatched straight away and you will receive it before 5pm the next day. This service is not available on weekends and Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery orders must be received before 3pm.
All international orders are sent via 'International Signed For'. All items are tracked until they leave the UK - and in some cases on arrival in the destination country.
Check the progress of your item online until it reaches the destination country’s postal service as a registered item.
We accept PayPal, Credit Card,Phone Orders, as PayPal is the most popular and secure method of payment; we would prefer this method because it is quick, secure and effective.
All items being paid for are sent the same day and all items being paid for by other services may take longer. Once the complete payment has been processed only then your items will be dispatched.
Please ensure all payments are made in 7 days time within the time of winning the auction. If for any reason you are unable to do this then please notify us via the 'Ebay Messaging Service' or call us on 01484 452172.
Returns / Exchange
We accept returns with the simple requirements below:
- Item must be in orginal conditon which bought in. - All labels and tags must stay intact (attached to garment) - Must be returned within 14days of receipt - Returns/Exchange form need to be included in packet.
- If you are exchanging an item then the buyer is resposible for postal costs to return the item to us. Then we will post out the item required.
