Welcome to CutieHats! We are constantly creating new items so keep checking our store. Add Earflaps for only $5. If you would like a custom order feel free to ask, we can make most anything.

Payment

We accept only Paypal. If payment is not received within 7 days of purchase the transaction will be canceled. Your item WILL NOT be added to our queue until we receive the payment AND size. When that information is received then the wait time and shipping time will begin.

Shipping

To keep shipping costs low we ship items using USPS with delivery confirmation (in the US). If you would prefer insurance or faster shipping please let me know and we will bill you for the additional shipping expense. If you order a newly created design or 2 or more items the wait time is longer. If you do not check our policies the sale is still valid. It is not our responsibility if items get caught in customs or get lost by the USPS.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to discuss. If approved you may return your item within seven days of receipt for a full exchange of the item price less shipping costs. You may also opt to exchange the item for another one in our shop.
